Purpose

Purpose

At Benefit Bank Distributors, relationship management, including relationships with our city and community, is our top priority. We strive to positively impact the community and its future, along with its citizens. Because we are committed to excellence in all aspects of our business, we created an organizational movement to increase communal activity. The vision of excellence we work to create originates from three important intertwined areas: People, Purpose, and Partnership.

Of these three areas, “Purpose” is where we feel we can contribute significantly beyond just our everyday standards. Therefore, we are excited to share with you our Purpose Campaign. Each quarter, Benefit Bank Distributors mindfully chooses two charitable organizations to which we feel inspired to contribute. The contributions made are possible because of the many hard-working advisors partnered with our internal and external sales teams. Donations are made at the end of the quarter, and a letter is sent to partnered advisors thanking them for their impact. Together, we can positively influence and help others to overall build up our wonderful community.

Purpose Wall

Inside the Benefit Bank Distributors office, you’ll find the Purpose Wall that reminds us why our work matters. In addition, it provides a snapshot reminder of the charities we’ll be donating to, how close we are to our quarterly goals, how much we’ve donated in the past, and which advisors are making the most significant impact. We’re thankful to be reminded of how our work pays off and the beautiful people we’ll be helping.

Central Texas Food Bank

CTX Food Bank works with food donors across the country, financial supporters and volunteers to fill unmet needs in Central Texas. This commitment from private, government and charitable partners has allowed CTXFB to bring nearly 54 million meals to our community last year and into the hands of families and local nonprofits that turn to us for help.

Children account for one-third of the 60,000 Central Texans who rely on our services every month. During the summer the most vulnerable among us need reliable access to the food needed to achieve their full potential.

St. Jude Children's Research Hospital 2022

The mission of St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital is to advance cures, and means of prevention, for pediatric catastrophic diseases through research and treatment. No child is denied treatment based on race, religion, or a family's ability to pay.

Supporters like you mean families never receive a bill from St. Jude for treatment, travel, housing, or food — so they can focus on helping their child live.

Beautifully Loved 2022

Beautifully Loved’s mission is to improve confidence and self-worth for families dealing with pediatric cancer and other chronic illnesses through experiences of wellness, beauty, and fashion.

Why Wellness, Beauty, and Fashion?
Illnesses, and the treatments that go along with them, can make it challenging for families to find the time to take care of themselves.

Austin Angels 2021

Austin Angels is a local foster care organization that supports foster families by providing access to real needs such as beds/bedding for kids entering the foster system for the first time, school supplies, or care packages. Austin Angels also create mentor programs for the youth to help prepare them for independent living and reach their full potential.

Without the help of volunteers in Austin and donations from amazing people like our advisors and Benefit Bank Teams, many families and children would not get the support needed from this organization.

Autism Speaks Foundation 2021

The Autism Speaks Foundation helps children and families who are affected by Autism Spectrum Disorder cover medical insurance, receive scientific research grants, create medical and academic facilities to treat and educate families and patients, and help improve the transition into adulthood for those individuals and their families.

When you're personally affected by autism, it can be a frustrating, confusing, daunting, and challenging task. Its crucial that we provide more opportunities for these families and individuals to receive help, care, resources, and have someone answer their questions that many of us don't even think or have to worry about.
